  1. Take a pan,add 2cups of water when it comes boil,add all the florets not finely chopped broccoli..Boil it for 4_5minutes.Let it cool down.Blend to make a smooth paste.Do not throw away boiled water.we will use later.
  2. Heat the same pan,add butter and oil,ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli,saute for few seconds,add finely chopped broccoli, capsicum,carrot.Now saute for 2 minutes,add boiled water,smooth paste we made with the blender in medium to low for 4_5minutes.Add soya sauce, vinegar,salt, pepper.Mix it well.In cornflour add 1/4cup of water.,this will thicken the soup..
  3. Reduce the flame low,add cornflour mixture.Stir continuously and boil 2to 3 minutes.If thickens then stop the cornflour mixture. Healthy broccoli soup is ready to serve..
